At Bhagwati Tours & Travels, we value our customers and strive to provide the best travel experiences. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and modifications are handled. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
 Cancellation by Customer

Before 30 days of travel date: Full refund (after deducting service/transaction charges).

15â29 days before travel date: 50% of the package/booking amount will be refunded.

7â14 days before travel date: 25% of the package/booking amount will be refunded.

Less than 7 days of travel date: No refund.
Note: Flight/train/bus tickets are subject to airline/transport operator cancellation policies.
 Cancellation by Company

If Bhagwati Tours & Travels cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, government restrictions, natural calamities), customers will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule their trip.

In case of third-party bookings (airlines, hotels, etc.), refunds will depend on the respective partnerâs policy.
 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7â14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

Service charges, transaction fees, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
 No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to join the tour or does not utilize any part of the booked services, no refund will be applicable.
 Modifications & Rescheduling

Any request for changes in travel dates, destinations, or services will be subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 10 days before travel date.
 Special Cases

Refunds in case of medical emergencies, visa rejections, or government restrictions will be handled on a case-to-case basis, subject to supporting documents.

Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government orders) may result in credits/vouchers instead of cash refunds, as per partner policies.
